About the Business
Spruce Carpets has been providing high-quality affordable flooring since 2005. We reclaim and refurbish quality used carpets, and sell new carpets too. Doing this means we provide training and work experience opportunities for people who have found themselves excluded from the job market. We have close relationships with manufacturers and wholesalers in the carpet industry. They donate surplus, damaged or end-of-line stock that we offer at affordable prices. This helps to reduce the amount that the carpet industry would otherwise have sent to landfill.
We also supply refurbished carpet tiles. We work with a range of flooring and facilities management contractors to re-use carpet tiles that would otherwise be sent to landfill before the end of their useful life. At our showroom in Broomloan Road in Govan we also manufacture rugs and runners from carpet ends. Many of our refurbished carpet tiles are available from our eBay store.
