Basingstoke, HampshireI am absolutely disgusted by this company. When I purchased the 2 lots of carpet well over a week ago I entered a specific delivery date of the 26th Feb. I heard nothing from them so sent messages on the 25th and throughout the 26th via email, their online contact form, their online web messaging and called numerous times. After waiting hours and hours I was then told that the carpet would not arrive until the 1st March. I explained how I had taken a full holiday day off which was a massive waste of time/money. They then stated that the delivery would be made today, the 27th pre12 and the driver would call before with an approx time. Would you believe it - the driver has not called and nothing has turned up! Once again I have emailed and called once again - the calls go through to a private mobile phone voicemail. Not one single reply or call back! Yet another half day completely wasted as a consequence of the negligence of this awful company.
