M & S Carpets & Flooring was formed by Matthew Owston & Steven Wingrove who are both domestic and contract flooring specialists with over 25 years experience between them. We are specialists in the domestic and Contract Flooring industry. Unlike some of the big chains our main objective is customer satisfaction on all fronts, from competive pricing to excellent installation.
