Kalkan Trading - Oriental Rugs online gallery, a fast and easy way to view our current stock of antique rugs and kilims. Our passion for Oriental Rugs combined with almost 40 years of valuable experience in trading and our vast knowledge in antique rugs means we offer the best quality goods along with reliable and friendly service. Kalkan Trading has it roots firmly based in the world of exquisite rugs, carpets and kilims being established in Turkey in 1976 by Ramazan Ozyurek.
Kalkan Trading relocated to Brighton, England in 1990 opening a successful business in the heart of the Lanes specialising in rug restoration, rug repair and rug cleaning as well as maintaining their large stock of antique and modern rugs, stools and cushions. In 2007 we moved to new premises in Newhaven, which incorporate our on-site bespoke cleaning facilities.
