About the Business
Beccles Carpet & Rug Centre was established in 1985 and is a family run business supplying all types of flooring. The founder of the business was G J Harper in 1970, In 1985 he then passed the business onto his daughter and son-in-law, Jackie and Mark which was when the business became Beccles Carpet Centre and moved to its current Gosford Road premises. In 1996, Ben, Mark and Jackie's son joined the business and later followed Ben's wife Becky. As well as the family they have three other members of staff who work in the showroom as well as a team of qualified installers. With more than 25 years experience in the flooring trade we can offer expert advice with a personal service. We are specialists in Safety Flooring, Karndean and Amtico. With all members of staff having completed an Amtico product training course. We supply and fit flooring from our large recently refurbished showroom approx 10,000 sq.
